Why we built it
Australians receive millions of scam calls and texts every year, and many come from numbers that look local and legitimate. When a number has already bothered other people, their experience is often the quickest way to tell a scam from a genuine call from a doctor, courier or business.
How it works
- Search any Australian number in any format, including mobiles, landlines, 1300, 1800 and +61 numbers.
- See an overall rating based on community reports, the type of number and its location.
- Read a summary of what people have reported, followed by individual comments.
- Leave your own anonymous feedback. No account is needed.
How reports are moderated
Every report is held in a queue and reviewed before it is published. Reviews may be carried out by people or by automated tools, and are checked against our community guidelines. We remove personal information, abuse and anything that looks like spam or an attempt to manipulate a rating.
What we don't do
- We don't publish private personal details of number owners.
- We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers.
- We aren't affiliated with any government agency or phone carrier.
Accuracy
Reports are the opinions of the people who submitted them. Scammers can also spoof genuine numbers, so a negative report doesn't always mean the owner of the number did anything wrong. If you believe a report about your number is wrong, please contact us.
