If a report about your phone number is inaccurate, includes personal information or breaks our community guidelines, email us with the number and the report you're concerned about. We'll review it and get back to you.

To ask about the information we hold or to request that your feedback be removed, email us with the phone number you reported and roughly when you submitted it.
Reporting a scam to the authorities
We can't investigate scams or recover money. For that, please contact:
- your bank, straight away, if you've lost money or shared banking details
- Scamwatch (opens another website) to report a scam
- ReportCyber (opens another website) for cybercrime
- IDCARE (opens another website) for help with identity theft
- the ACMA, by forwarding spam SMS to 0429 999 888
